  • Incorrect Item Received:
    If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately. Do not open the package. Once returned as instructed, we will process a replacement or full refund using your original payment method.
  • Faulty Items on Arrival:
    If your item arrives faulty, notify us right away via our Contact page or email. Return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund. If no fault is found, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • Items Damaged in Transit:
    Any damage during delivery must be reported immediately upon receipt. Return the product in its original condition and packaging. A replacement or full refund will be issued once the item is received.
  • Change of Mind:
    You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Products must remain in their original condition. Once received, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.
  • Opened or Tampered Packages:
    If your package arrives opened or compromised, you may return it for a replacement or refund.
